We welcome both advance bookings and walk-in guests. However, we recommend booking in advance — especially during evenings and weekends — to ensure your preferred service and time slot are available. Advance bookings via WhatsApp take only 2 minutes.

We offer a flexible and guest-friendly cancellation policy. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without any charges by notifying us at least 2 hours in advance via WhatsApp or phone. We understand that plans change and we're here to accommodate you.

No advance payment is required for standard bookings. You pay upon arrival at the spa. For special sessions like Couple Wellness packages or customized wellness events, a small advance may be requested — your therapist will inform you clearly during booking.

We offer 10 signature wellness treatments: Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Thai Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Reflexology, Couple Wellness Session, Stress Relief Therapy, Full Body Relaxation Therapy, and Wellness Consultation. Each is available 24 hours.

For stress and anxiety, we highly recommend Swedish Massage or Aromatherapy Massage. Swedish uses long, calming strokes to soothe the nervous system, while Aromatherapy adds the powerful mood-balancing effects of pure essential oils. Our Stress Relief Therapy (combining head, neck & shoulder massage with breathing techniques) is also specifically designed for urban stress.

Deep Tissue Massage is our most effective treatment for chronic back pain, muscular knots, and postural issues. Hot Stone Therapy is also excellent for deeply relaxing tight muscles. We recommend a brief Wellness Consultation so our therapists can assess your specific condition and recommend the optimal treatment.

Treatment durations vary by service: Reflexology (45–60 min), Wellness Consultation (30 min), Swedish & Deep Tissue Massage (60–90 min), Aromatherapy Massage (60–90 min), Hot Stone Therapy (75–90 min), Thai Massage (90–120 min), and Full Body Relaxation Therapy (120 min).

We use exclusively certified organic botanical products — premium cold-pressed carrier oils (jojoba, sweet almond, coconut), therapeutic-grade essential oils, herbal formulations, and natural plant-based skincare products. We never use synthetic fragrances or harmful chemicals.

Yes, every Bhumi-Spa therapist is professionally certified in their respective massage modalities. Certifications include training from the International Therapy Examination Council (ITEC), National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy (NAHA), Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP), and traditional Thai massage institutions.

Hygiene is our absolute priority. We use fresh, sanitized linens and towels for every client. Treatment rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each session. Our products are tested and safe. Our facility meets the highest cleanliness standards and our staff follows strict hygiene protocols at all times.

Nothing at all! We provide everything — premium towels, robes, slippers, and all wellness products. Simply arrive (on time or slightly early for your first visit), and we'll take care of everything else. You may bring personal items you're comfortable with, but it's not necessary.
