2. Services
Bhumi-Spa provides professional massage therapy and wellness services including, but not limited to: Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Thai Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Reflexology, Couple Wellness Sessions, Stress Relief Therapy, Full Body Relaxation Therapy, and Wellness Consultation.
All services are provided by trained, certified professionals. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
3. Booking Policy
- Appointments can be made via WhatsApp, phone, or our online booking form
- Booking requests are confirmed by our team via WhatsApp within minutes
- A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of confirmation from Bhumi-Spa
- We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your appointment time
- Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time without price reduction
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Cancellations must be communicated at least 2 hours before the appointment time
- Rescheduling requests are accommodated subject to availability
- No-shows or cancellations with less than 2 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee
- Bhumi-Spa reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances
5. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed
- We accept cash and UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
- Prices listed on our website are starting rates and may vary based on customization or add-ons
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
6. Health & Safety
- Clients are required to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or health concerns before treatment
- Certain conditions may contraindicate specific massage types — our therapists will advise accordingly
- Bhumi-Spa reserves the right to decline service if we reasonably believe it may be harmful to the client's health
- Clients under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be served
- All treatments are professional therapeutic services — no inappropriate requests will be entertained
7. Code of Conduct
Bhumi-Spa maintains a professional, respectful, and safe environment for all clients and staff. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who:
- Behaves in a disrespectful, threatening, or inappropriate manner
- Makes inappropriate requests toward our staff
- Violates our hygiene standards or facility rules
- Attempts to engage our therapists in any activity outside the scope of professional wellness services
8. Limitation of Liability
Bhumi-Spa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Clients use our services at their own risk and are responsible for disclosing relevant health information to enable safe treatment.

All content on bhumispa.com — including text, images, logos, design elements, and multimedia — is the intellectual property of Bhumi-Spa and protected by applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
